Martlets Fall on Road

The Martlets drove down the road for our first away game in a few weeks to take on Ethel Walker. While we had a strong start with great serves and long rallies, and although we scored 18 points in the first set, the Martlets eventually lost in three. Sadie Kahn ’28 was a determined libero who dove relentlessly and hustled around the court to keep the energy going. There were some great plays in there where the team worked together to fight for points. June Perrin ‘29 and Chloe Donovan ‘29 each had some aces. Lovelyne Ngnintoundem ‘29 was a force at the net, providing some key blocks and strong hits.

Our Grit and Grace player of the game was our libero, Sadie Kahn ’28 for her unfaltering energy and tough defense.
