A Living and Learning Community

At Westminster, our faculty are the heart of our community. They are accomplished educators, mentors, coaches, advisors, artists, scholars, and lifelong learners who are deeply invested in the growth and success of every student. Their experience, curiosity, compassion, and commitment create an environment where students are challenged, supported, and inspired.

Teaching at Westminster extends well beyond the classroom. Faculty serve in a variety of roles—including teacher, coach, advisor, and corridor supervisor—building meaningful relationships with students throughout every aspect of boarding school life. We seek both new and experienced educators who are passionate about their disciplines, energized by working with adolescents, and eager to contribute to a vibrant residential learning community.
