Martlets Defeat Kent

The Martlets made the long but beautiful bus ride to Kent on Wednesday and were greeted by a warm, summer-like afternoon. From the opening whistle, Westminster played with energy, purpose, and a true team mentality.
The Martlets found the back of the net six times, with goals from Coslyn Bardy ’28 (2), Hadley Williams ’30, Naomi Diffenderfer ’30, Kiera During ’29, and Izzie Leone, who converted a penalty kick. Williams, Diffenderfer, and During each recorded their first goals of the season, while Natalie Czop ’27, Callie Graby ’28, Lylah Leigner ’29, Williams, and Rylen Mosley ’28 all contributed assists.
It was a total team win, with contributions from across the lineup and every Martlet playing a role in a strong performance on a beautiful afternoon at Kent.
