Martlets Shutout Porter's

The Martlets took on undefeated Miss Porter’s on a beautiful fall afternoon in a highly anticipated rematch of last year’s NEPSAC Class A Final. With energy high from the opening whistle, both teams battled in a competitive, back-and-forth contest. With 17 minutes remaining in the first half, Callie Graby ’28 broke through with a beautiful strike from distance off a pass from Izzie Leone ’27 to give the Black and Gold the lead.
Miss Porter’s pushed hard throughout the second half, but the Martlets’ back line stood strong, continuing the defensive resilience that has been a hallmark of their season. Westminster held firm under pressure to secure a huge 1-0 Founders League victory. It was a statement win for the Martlets, showcasing their grit and composure against one of the top teams in New England.
