Martlets Fall to Rhinos

The Martlets came out strong in the opening minutes, using their speed and pressure to challenge Taft across the field. Hudson O’Hanlon ‘28 provided excellent support as a forward, helping keep the team organized and energized. Despite the Martlets’ pressure, Taft found the back of the net twice in the first half. The Martlets responded well to start the second half, creating several strong scoring opportunities, though luck was not on our side. Hunter Grace ‘27 eventually found the back of the net, giving the team a much-needed boost of energy and excitement. As the game progressed, our tempo dropped at times, allowing Taft to find space and score six additional goals. Despite the result, the Martlets showed tremendous progress, resilience, and growth against a strong Taft team. Grit & Grace Award: Hudson O’Hanlon ‘28, for his commitment to the team, leadership on the field, and confidence in speaking up to keep his teammates connected, motivated, and working together.
