Westminster Today

March 26-27, 2026

For more than forty years, the Westminster Today program has offered alumni and families a meaningful opportunity to return to campus, reconnect with the School, and engage deeply with the life and work of Westminster.

Over the course of two days, participants are welcomed into the intellectual, residential, and institutional heart of the School. The program begins in our classrooms, with close engagement in the English curriculum, and expands outward to include conversations about the student experience, afternoon programs, and social life. It concludes with a broader administrative lens, offering insight into the college process, admissions, faculty hiring, and the thoughtful stewardship of resources that sustains our community and advances our mission.

I often reflect on my own Westminster Today experience during our transition to campus in 2021. Those days were marked by generous conversation, shared curiosity, and a deep sense of connection - to one another and to the purpose that brings us together. The relationships formed during that time continue to shape my work and reaffirm my belief in the importance of partnership, presence, and shared commitment in the life of a school.

I hope you will consider joining us this spring, and I look forward to the opportunity to spend time together on the Hill.

With Grit and Grace,
Elaine

"I was thrilled to be included in this event. It was well organized, interesting and engaging. Though all schools face the same challenges to a degree, the qualities that make Westminster unique came through. The commitment to the small size, the emphasis on good teaching, the thoughtful fiscal responsibility and more were impressive. Excellent program."

"It truly was an amazing two days. From the people, to the massive amount of work the school put into the event, to the diverse activities, I loved everything about it! All of it made me want to be more involved."

"A first rate program from start to finish.  Served as a great platform to engage and introduce a group of parents to Westminster.  I felt fortunate to be involved and am greatly appreciative of the time and effort everyone put in to make this a brilliant event!  We are all lucky to have our children in such caring and committed hands."

"To engage with the School through Westminster Today is an extraordinary experience.  The enthusiasm and very apparent commitment of the faculty and administrators with whom we interacted was contagious.  The opportunity to participate in Westminster Today provided an intimate picture of the administrative functioning of the School and a closer examination of the core values and character of the institution.”
-Grandparent, attended 2018

“I truly thought the entire experience was excellent.  It was very well organized, thoughtful, engaging and a great opportunity for a new parent, like myself, to learn the school and feel 'buy-in'.”
