Parents & Family Weekend

Parents and Family Weekend is a special opportunity to experience campus life alongside your child.  Over the course of the weekend, you'll have the opportunity to engage in teacher conferences, watch our teams compete, participate in form-specific programming, and enjoy time with fellow families. These two days are designed to celebrate your student’s journey and help you connect more deeply with the people and programs shaping their Westminster experience.

We look forward to welcoming you for this special weekend of community and connection.
Registration for Parents & Family Weekend
Registration for Parents & Family Weekend is open! Please note that registering for the weekend is not the same as booking your teacher conference appointment.

Teacher Conference Sign-Up will be available on Wednesday, Oct. 1 at 9 a.m. EST. Parents will be notified by email when sign-up begins.
When booking your conference, be sure the appointment block does not overlap with other weekend programming so you do not accidentally double-book yourself.
