Parents & Family Weekend, October 9–11, 2025, offers an opportunity to meet with classroom teachers, enjoy time with parents and faculty, and attend performing and visual arts programming and athletic contests. A link to register will be published soon.

Registering for Parents & Family Weekend is not the same as booking your conference appointment. To learn more about making a conference appointment, please click the Teacher Conference Sign Up button below.
Teacher Conference Sign-Up will be available on Monday, Oct. 7 at 9 a.m. EST. Parents will be notified by email when sign-up begins.
When booking your conference, be sure the appointment block does not overlap with other weekend programming so you do not accidentally double-book yourself.

Fall Long Weekend
October 9-11, 2025
Following Parents & Family Weekend, students may depart campus after their last commitment on Saturday, which may be as late as 5:30 p.m.
Boarding students are due back on corridor by 9 p.m. on Tuesday, October 14. Fall term classes resume Wednesday morning, October 14.
