Weekend Schedule

Parents and Family Weekend, October 9-11, 2025, offers many activities for you and your child to enjoy on campus. Many of the traditional events like teacher conferences and athletic contests, alongside a few community activities, will keep you active and busy. This is one weekend on Williams Hill you do not want to miss.

12:45 p.m.- Welcome
1:30 p.m.- Parent Committee Meeting 
1:00-2:30 p.m. Practices
4:30 p.m.- 2026 Dedication
5:30 p.m. - Parents of Students of Color Meeting
2:30-7:30 p.m. Conferences (all in-person)
5:00-6:30 pm. - HOS Open House
5:00-8:00 p.m.- Dinner

8:00-8:30 a.m. Parent-Teacher Conferences (Virtual Conferences)
8:30-10:30 a.m. Parent-Teacher Conferences (In-Person Conferences)
10:00-12:00 p.m. Fifth Form College Counseling Program for Parents and Students (WCC)
11:00-12:00 p.m.- Parents of Third and Fourth Form Students
11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. - Buffet Lunch

Fall Long Weekend
October 9-11, 2025
Following Parents & Family Weekend, students may depart campus after their last commitment on Saturday, which may be as late as 5:30 p.m.

Boarding students are due back on corridor by 9 p.m. on Tuesday, October 14. Fall term classes resume Wednesday morning, October 14.
