Martlets Take Home League Title
For the first time since 2019, the Boys Varsity Golf team claimed the Founders League championship. Powered by three individual scores in the top five, the boys shot a team score of 383, putting them seven strokes ahead of second place Hotchkiss and 16 ahead of third place Kent. Leading the Martlets were Patrick Saxe ‘26, with an even par 71, good for second place; Brody DiBeneditto ‘26, one back at 72 (T3); and Reed Ghriskey ‘26, who battled back from a tough start to shoot 76 (T5). Winning the team title would not have been possible without depth, which was provided by Carson Craig ‘26 (82), Owen Burke ‘26 (82) and Julien Kocatas ‘26 (83), whose total score was second best among their half of the team lineups.
