Shea '26 Twirls a Gem in Winning Effort

One of the better two year runs on the mound in Martlet baseball history concluded today as ace Matt Shea '26 threw a CG, allowing 2 runs and 6 hits, while striking out 9. He finishes the season 5-0 with 62Ks across 45IP and only 11 walks. The Martlets got up 3-0, with Shea, Villacis '27 & Holmes '28 providing the offense. In his last game as a Martlet, Riley McDonald '26 had a double and a run scored.

Shea finished the game with a swinging K and sends the black and gold into the offseason, looking to aim for the league semifinals in 2027.
