Martlets Win Tri-Match

Wednesday's contest against Miss Porters marked a significant milestone in the squad's journey. They demonstrated their growing prowess by taking control early and winning four field events: shot put (Gianna Monaco ‘27), discus (Hannah Batoh ‘28), javelin (Coslyn Bardy ‘28) and the pole vault, with Sofia Eleuteri ‘28 winning the event in her debut performance. The martlets continued their dominance on the track, winning the 100m hurdles (Arielle Anderson ‘28), 100m (Maeve Nicholas ‘29), and 300m hurdles (Rose Robertson ‘28). The team's effort, showing heart and resilience, was a testament to their progress. Despite a slow start, the girls have begun to find their stride. With two regular season meets to go, the Martlets are eager to continue their winning streak when they travel to Berkshire for a tri-meet with Canterbury and the host school Berkshire.
