Martlets Fall to Ethel Walker

The Martlets faced off against a tough Ethel Walker middle school team on their home court in what turned out to be an exciting and fun game. Although the Martlets didn’t come away with a win, many of the girls gained valuable experience, and several celebrated scoring their first baskets of the season. Layla Hughley added two points, Charlotte Lundin scored one, and Abby Desson, Emma Llewellyn, and Gloria Oh each contributed two points to the team’s total. The girls’ effort on the court was truly impressive. Charlotte Lundin dominated defensively, while Emma Llewellyn orchestrated the offense with a standout performance at point guard.
