Martlets Fall to Choate

Choate came to the Kohn Squash Center today for our second match up of the season and this was a true testament to how much we have improved this season. Even though we lost the match 6-1, we had much closer matches than the last time we played. Our only win today came from Finn O'Shaughnessy ’28 at #6 who won his match in 5 games; it was a real battle! Gid Williams ‘27 also had a very close match at the #1 spot and unfortunately lost in the fifth game after four very close games that went back and forth. Billy Wang ‘28 also got a game off of his opponent at #4 but lost in four games. Elijah Woodard ‘29, Derek Liu ‘29, Jin Yoon ‘29 and JB Keen ‘28 all lost their matches in three games but played some very good points. Nice playing, boys!
