Martlets fall to WNH

Coach Doucette returned to Kohn Squash Pavilion as the Martlets hosted Williston. Williston took an insurmountable lead winning the first four matches of the contest. The number two match appeared to be heading Westy’s way as Steven Xie ‘26 won his first game 11-5. The swing game at 1-1 was very close. Xie stayed low and hit many good shots down the forehand rail for winners. In round two it looked as if all the matches would go in Westminster’s favor as each boy won the first two games. Will Jones ‘28 and Captain James Teng ‘26 both won in three while Will Henry ‘26 fell short in five. The Nail goes to Teng for his consistently strong performance.
