Martlets Fall to Lions

Westminster was unable to recapture the energy from Friday night’s overtime loss to Avon and dropped an 8–1 decision to Kent.
Kent set the tone early and controlled the pace throughout, capitalizing on their chances while Westminster struggled to generate sustained offensive pressure.
The lone bright spot for the Martlets came late, when Owen Burke ’26 scored to break up the shutout, assisted by Will Derbyshire ’26 and Michael Rossi ’26.
It was a tough turnaround game following an emotional overtime contest the night before. Westminster will look to reset, refocus, and move on to the next one.
