Martlets Defeat K-O

The Martlets led the entire game from start to finish.  The boys played with a purpose and urgency right out the gate.  The gym was packed with Martlet fans which helped give the team energy.  Several players scored in double figures.  Leading the way for the Martlets, Julien Wiggins ‘27 led the team with 29 points, 6 rebounds, 3 assists, and 4 steals.  Co-Captain Ethan Griffin ‘26 had 20 points, 8 rebounds, and 4 blocks.  Sonny Batchelor chimed in with 26 points, 8 rebounds, and a handful of assists.  In the second half, Westy stretched the lead to 20 at one point.  The closest KO was within 11 points but the Martlets continued to play with pressure.  Ethan Villacis ‘27 had a terrific all around game for the Martlets, we will host Hotchkiss on Saturday at 3:30pm.
