The Martlets had a hot start against a 4-game win Hopkins ball club. Everyone contributed during this contest by scoring, assisting, or playing stellar defense.. The Martlets went up by 20 at the half and were led by Julien Wiggins ‘27 who ended the night with 22 points. Ethan Griffin ‘26 hit a three in the closing seconds to send us into halftime. The Martlets kept the foot on the pedal well into the second half. Several other players scored in double figures. Sonny Batchelor ‘27 chipped in with 15 points, 7 rebounds, and 3 steals. Elliot Goldberg ‘28 also had 12 points while hitting several threes throughout the game. Draven Chung ‘26, Finn Williams ‘26, Ethan Hernandez ‘27 and several others all scored to help the Martlets secure the win. The Martlets will host Choate next Wednesday at Westminster.
