Martlets Fall to DA

The Martlets made the hour plus drive up to Deerfield, Massachusetts to take on the tough team from Deerfield Academy. Due to illness and injury up and down the ladder and the long bus ride to Deerfield, the energy was low coming off of the bus. The Martlets played hard but unfortunately did not win a game in any of the matches up and down the ladder. Will Henry ‘26 and Crosby Cutler ‘27 both came equally close to taking a game, dropping their final games 9-11 and 10-12 respectively. Many other Martlets fought hard to the end but came up short against stronger opponents. The Martlets have a week to rest and recover before ringing in Long Winter Weekend with a match against Hotchkiss.
