After trailing 3–2 at the end of the first quarter, the Martlets responded with a lockdown 2-3 defense in the second, holding Porters to just one point. At halftime, the Martlets held a slim 5–4 lead.Momentum shifted in the fourth quarter as Porters came out aggressive, capitalizing on a few Martlet turnovers and finding their rhythm offensively. Despite the tough loss, the Martlets battled until the very end, showing the grit and determination they bring to every game. Coslyn Bardy led the scoring with two points, while Natalie House added three. Morgan McQueeney and Arielle Anderson anchored the defense with consistent, high-energy play throughout the game.
