Martlets Fall to Choate

The Martlets wrapped up their season today with a spirited match against Choate Rosemary Hall. Though the day began with drizzle, the skies soon cleared, giving way to perfect tennis weather. While the final team score didn’t fall in our favor, the match was full of highlights and reasons to celebrate. Candice Hong ’28 and Karen Li ’28 claimed a well-earned doubles victory with smart play and strong teamwork. Heidi Huang ’26 and Chelsea Khuu ’28 also battled fiercely in their doubles match, narrowly missing a win in a close contest. Across the board, our players competed with true Grit and Grace, showcasing determination, sportsmanship, and growth. Many matches came down to just a few key points, a testament to the team’s steady improvement and commitment. As the season comes to a close, every player should feel proud of their hard work, resilience, and all they’ve accomplished together.
