Martlets Fall in 7th to Pelicans

In the final regular season home game of the year, Matt Shea '26 took the ball against one of the hottest teams in the league. Loomis came in winner of seven in a row and fighting for the league regular season title. Shea was solid, despite some early defensive mishaps. He went 6IP and received a no decision. The Martlets trailed 4-1 entering the 6th but would rally for 4 runs to take a 5-4 lead. However, this would not be enough as the Pelicans answered with 3 in the 7th to win 7-5. Holmes '28, McDonald '26, Villacis '27 all hit. Next up is a trip to Taft.
