Keyes Patio

We did it! Thanks to the engagement and generosity of so many Class of 2024 families, we achieved our Giving Challenge goal of 50 gifts to unlock a dollar-for dollar match for the Class of 2024 Gift: Keyes Patio. The Giving Challenge, with its match included, raised $61,265!

Here are our incredible project totals for the Class of 2024 Gift:

Class of 2024 families raised a total of $368,139 towards Keyes Patio, the largest Class Gift in the program’s 26-year history!

62% of Class of 2024 families
contributed to the project, an incredible accomplishment for our school community.
Through the tremendous support of families and students in the Class of 2024, Keyes Patio has been reimagined and transformed into a spectacular gathering space on campus. Named in honor of Westminster’s fifth Head of School, Francis “Pete” Keyes (1955-1970), Keyes Patio is an iconic place to connect with friends and faculty, share stories and forge lasting memories.

Keyes Patio is a legacy gift that memorializes the sense of community so evident in the Class of 2024, and the space will be enjoyed by many new generations of students, as well as those in the Class of 2024 when they come back to visit Williams Hill as alumni.

In 2024, Keyes Patio will be further enhanced for community gatherings, featuring outdoor heaters for use during colder months and a robust, all-weather outdoor sound system and TV to support a number of formal and informal events.

Thank you, Class of 2024 families!
“Keyes Patio is student-centric for the first time in its history, and I like to think it is the spot where the essence of our community takes hold. And it will be here upon your return as alumni. We hope that you come back often to sit here, enjoy the view, and watch Westminster and its tradition continue to unfold.”
