Seconds Football opens season with 28-6 victory over Pomfret

Westminster's Seconds Football team had to wait a bit longer to open its season than the other teams, but it was worth the wait - the boys exploded offensively for 28 points and held Pomfret to a meager 6 points. The Martlets went into halftime with a 20-0 lead, and though the offensive pace slowed during the second, the team continued to dominate time of possession and held on for the big win. Brandon Williams '18 was the player of the game with three touchdowns and 172 yards, while Jagger LeClair '18 scored one and both Manny Meltzer '17 and Alex Londal '17 brought in two-point conversions.
