Martlets Lose Intense Matchup

Avon came out faster than Westminster by scoring 2 goals early in transition and stretched it to 3-0 with :19 secs to play in the first, but the Martrlets fought back scoring 5 unanswered goals to lead 5-3 at the half.  The hosts would have another run, however, scoring the next three before Dillon Tiner '12 tied it at 6 after three quarters.  Westminster took a 7-6 lead at the 8:35 mark, but AOF got two goals in 10 seconds and never looked back as they were too strong between RLs, winning the GB game in the fourth and causing us to turn the ball over too many times in the fourth to keep in close.  A good game with lots of intensity.
