Martlets fight For Win Against Wild Boars

Third Boys' Soccer won a hard fought game against Choate by the score of 3-0.  Westminster controlled play throughout the entire game and had many chances at goal.  The scoring was opened in the first half as John Vantine '13 struck a ball from twenty yards out that sailed over the goalkeepers head and into the net.  Ryan Mowery '13 was able to make the score 2-0 as he finished a ball that was bouncing around inside the box off a cross from Vantine.  The scoring was capped off with a great left footed strike from Evan Yenor '13 that curled around the goalkeeper and into the side of the net.  Yenor had a tremendous game controlling the play in middle of the field.  Philippe Morin '15 had a very solid game in net as he earned his first shutout of the year.
