Martlets Can't Keep Up With Bearcats

Third Boys' Lacrosse traveled to Hotchkiss, and despite their best effort, came away on the losing side.  The game was close for the first half, which ended with the Martlets down only 4-2, thanks to Sean Han '14 and Patrick Spano '12 who each notched the first goal of his respective career, Han on a blistering bounce shot that found the back of the net, and Spano on by crashing the net and literally batting the ball in with the stick. While the Martlets had opportunities to keep it as a game during the second half the Bearcats proved to be the better shooters as the buried their opportunities while Westminster misfired on a number of shots.  In addition to the play of Han and Spano, Anish Chadalavada '14 should be given credit for his great work on defense.
