Martlets Keep It Close In First Half
The Martlets had their hands full with the high flying Hotchkiss Bearcats. The game started with the two teams trading blows. Matt Wilson '11 was strong inside scoring 10 in the first half. Miller hit a big 3 point shot to keep the game close 25 - 26 with 1:07 minutes to go in the half. Hotchkiss edged out a lead at halftime by 7. Hotchkiss came out on fire with excellent 3 point shooting to open the lead to 15 points and never looked back. The Bearcats finished the game strong, with a final of 73 to 40. Leading scorers for the Martlets were Greg Miller '10 with 13 points and 10 rebounds and Wilson with 12 points.
