Martlets Fall Just Short

First Girls’ Lacrosse played a hard-fought match today against Choate.  Both teams battled back and forth through the first half trading the lead, but by the end of the half, Choate was up 8-5.  The Martlets rallied during the second half clawing their way back but came up two goals short ending 11-9.  The girls worked hard and fought for possession time and time again.  Caroline Moran ’09 and Caroline Scott ’09 had three goals apiece.  Emily Walsh ’09 scored two and Liz Cole ’09 scored one.  Red Hot goes to Kristen Maxwell ’10 with 10 saves in the goal.
