Close Meet for Boys' Swimming

It proved to be another close meet between the Westminster and Kent Boys' Swim Teams.  In a rowdy atmosphere, the Martlets were able to produce a number of good swims but it was not quite enough to overcome their rival. Colin McLaughlin '10 had a big day, winning the 200 IM with his second fastest time ever, and placing second in the 100 Breast with his second fastest time ever.
Taylor Gould '09 won the 100 Back ( his best time) and earned his best time in the 100 Free.
Ryan McLaughlin '08 won the 200 Free and the 500 Free. Connor O'Brien '10 rallied as well, swimming season best times in all of his events and winning the 100 Fly. Jamie Renwick '08 swam his season best in the 100 Breast. Foster Baker '09 swam great (3 best times out of 4 swims).  The Martlets will have the entire week to prepare for Wilbraham & Monson at home on Saturday.
