Westminster Defeats Berkshire
Ted Moran ‘08 converted a penalty kick 30 minutes into the game and Jeff Kearney ’09 scored off a nice pass from David Hovey ’09 in the 61st minute, as the Martlets played solid soccer and defeated a visiting Berkshire squad. Morgan Roach ‘06 anchored the defense in goal with seven solid saves. This was a good team effort all around, highlighted by quick play in the midfield and particularly good ball work by Kearney and Hovey, who worked two excellent give and goes.
