General Summary
The Clinical Director serves as a hands-on, visible, community-minded clinical leader of the Health Center and School. This position requires a unique blend of exceptional clinical expertise, strict operational oversight, and a relational, student-centered approach. The Clinical Director will bridge the Health Center and the broader campus community, fostering a “primary care” environment. A central priority of this role is providing robust, visible leadership and clinical mentorship, ensuring impeccable regulatory compliance, supporting ongoing professional development, and aligning health services with the school’s philosophy of Grit & Grace. This is a full-time position, but we will consider candidates interested in a part-time structure. In addition to regular daytime campus hours, this position requires flexibility, including shared rotation for night and weekend on-call provider coverage to support our residential community.
