Bardy Wins New Englands, Others Score Well

The NEPSTA DII Championships proved to be a hot day, both in terms of the weather and competition on the track. The girls all fought hard in their last meet of the season and reaped the rewards of a season of a lot of hard work. Leading the charge for the Martlets was Coslyn Bardy ‘29 who was the NEPSTA champion in the women's javelin throw, with a mark that set the school record, and she also made the finals of the 100m dash. Numerous other athletes had season best performances as well, including Sofia Eleuteri ‘28 in the pole vault, June Perrin ‘29 and Rose Robertson ‘28 in the 300m hurdles, Chloe Champoux ‘28 in the 400m, and Morgan McQueeny in the 200m. All this led to a successful close to the season for the Martlet women.
