Martlets Continue Blistering Start to Season

The boys were excited to play for the first time this season at Hopmeadow, and, thus inspired, played some very good golf en route to victory in a quad match with Kent, Kingswood and Loomis. Reed Ghriskey ‘26 and Brody DiBeneditto ‘26 were co-medalists, shooting scores of one-under 35, followed closely by Patrick Saxe ‘26 with an even par 36 and Carson Craig ‘26 with a 37. Erich Brueckmann ‘26 rounded out the top five with a 38 that was punctuated by a tap-in eagle on the sixth hole. Next up,on Saturday the boys will make their first of two consecutive trips to Suffield Country Club, with the goal of defending their title at the Suffield Invitational on Wednesday.
