Martlets Defeat Rhinos

Westy finished the final regular season on a high note.  All of the six seniors were able to play against Taft.  Taft started the game on a high note.  They even went into the half with a small lead.  The Martlers turned up the heat in the second half.  Defense led to easy offense.  Draven Chung ‘26 had his best game of the season because he played great defense and he made the right plays on offense.  Ethan Griffin ‘26 also played a major role by recording another double double.  Midway through the second half, the Martlets took control of the game.  Julien Wiggins ‘27 had a stellar game on both ends of the court.  Elliot Goldberg ‘28 and Ethan Villacis ‘27 also hit some timely shots to increase the lead late.  The boys look to compete in the Class B Large tournament against Canterbury on Wednesday.
