Martlets Victorious

The Martlets started a little slow during a back to back against Watkinson.  The boys got off to a solid start led by hot shooting from Elliot Goldberg ‘28.  However, Watkinson fought back with their hot shooting in the first half.  Ethan Griffin ‘26 was a man amongst boys, he ended the game with 23 points, 15 rebounds, and 5 blocks.  The Martlets led at half by 11.  In the second half, the Martlets played good team ball with good effort.  Sonny Batchelor ‘27 had a strong all around game, he had 15 points and 6 rebounds. Garrett Rohrbaugh '27 gave the team some good minutes, he also had a three point shot and several steals.  Watkinson showed grit but the Martlets controlled the tempo of the game from start to finish.  We go on the road to play Fredrick Gunn on Saturday.
