Martlets Fall to Choate

T
he thirds boys squash team traveled to Choate for a close match today. Although the final score was a 6-1 loss, we enjoyed some close play. Gid Williams ‘27 was our lone winner today; after going 1-1 for the first two games, Gid pulled out a great win by winning the next two games. He even went 14-12 in the final game! Elijah Woodard ‘29 also had a great match but ended up losing in 5 games. We were down a player, so Finn O'Shaughnessy '28 agreed to play twice. Thanks, Finn! Derek Liu ‘29, Billy Wang ‘28 and JB Keen ‘28 were also in action today. We look forward to our next match on Saturday at Avon Old Farms.
