Martlets Shutout Wick

The Martlets hosted Brunswick on Harrison Field (Turf) for the final game of the season. The match started at a fast pace, with both teams pressing aggressively. Steven Lau ‘28 showcased excellent tactical awareness, and Jeff Niu ‘26 demonstrated strong intent, but Brunswick’s defense proved difficult to break. Nonetheless, Teddy Russell ‘26 found openings and capitalized with two goals.
In the second half, Brunswick came out even stronger, but Rush Miller ‘28 who had been outstanding from the opening whistle, continued to make key tackles and push the play forward. Teddy Russell ‘26 struck again with two more goals, lifting the energy and spirit of the entire team. It was a fantastic final performance for the Martlets and a fitting way to close out the season.
The Grit and Grace Awards went to Teddy Russell ‘26 for his four-goal performance and Rush Miller ‘28 for his dynamic all-around play.
