Martlets Drop One to the Wild Boars

Your Martlets hosted Choate, the #10 in the country. The game started off slowly for the Martlets and Choate’s speed, depth and intensity proved to be the difference maker early on. The Martlets quickly found themselves down 6-0 after Q1. Choate came out hard in Q2 and would score 3 more before Jake Andreski ’25 would break the ice. The Martlets seemed to settle in for the second half and would score 5 more goals down the stretch. Top performers include Cooper Kraus ’25, 2 goals, Jake Andreski ’25, 2 goals. Thomas Blouin ’26 and Cole Callison ’26 each would add 1 goal. Luke Zappia ’26 was solid in net making several terrific saves early in the game to keep the game close. AJ Kraus ’26 went 53% at the faceoff X with 3GBs.
