Martlets Drop Close One

The Third Boys' Soccer team lost a close game to Suffield by a score of 2-1.  Westminster played well throughout the game and took an early lead as John Vantine '13 popped a ball over the top of Suffield's defense that Quan Lu '12 ran onto and slipped past the goaltender.  Suffield tied the game on a ball that was hit hard into the box and slipped through to an attacking Suffield player who finished it.  Suffield added another goal in the second half and Westminster could not manage to score the equalizer despite many chances.  Gage Kennie '13 played an outstanding game on defense.
