Third Boys' Soccer Ends in a Tie

Third Boys' Soccer traveled to Taft and found a well-matched opponent.  Unable to exploit any weaknesses, neither team was able to score in the first half. Burt McGillivray '11 put the Martlets on the board in the second, but this was only enough to tie the game.  Due to their strong defensive play, resilient goalie, and significant contributions from the bench, Westminster was able to keep the Rhinos from pulling ahead.  It was a hard-fought battle that ended in a well-earned draw.  The team will next host Loomis at home on Saturday.
