Big Team Win for Third Boys' Soccer

Third Boys' Soccer traveled to Choate and brought home a big win.  The team was particularly strong in the second half when they scored 5 of their 7 goals.  The defense was solid and provided few chances for their opponents.  The midfield controlled the game pushing through great balls to the eventual goal scorers.  The Martlet pressure in the second half was particularly tough for Choate to handle. Goal scorers included Mark Swank '10, Hayden Radovich '11, and Nick Mahany '11 with one each and Burt McGillivray '11 and Max Fesser '11 with two.  Cris Gomez earned the shutout in goal. The individual performances paled in comparison to the great teamwork that allowed the Black and Gold to earn the win.
