Martlets Tripped up by Canterbury

A beautiful afternoon to celebrate our seniors was not dampened by the result against a much-improved Canterbury team. Westminster controlled much of the first half, with Galima S. ’26 finding the back of the net to send the Martlets into halftime with a deserved lead.
The second half, however, told a different story. Canterbury came out the aggressor, gradually gaining momentum and eventually finding both the equalizer and the late winner. What began as one of our stronger halves of the season was unfortunately overshadowed by a disappointing second, as the team lost its composure and rhythm.
