Martlets Shutout by Porter's

The Martlets traveled to Porters on Wednesday, taking the field on a beautiful, crisp fall afternoon. From the opening whistle, the match was a back-and-forth battle, with both sides generating quality chances but neither able to break through. The stalemate held into the second half until a controversial penalty kick call went against Westminster, putting the Black and Gold behind 1–0 with just over twenty minutes remaining.
Undeterred, the Martlets dug in and pushed forward with determination, searching for the equalizer. Despite several promising chances, the contest ended in a narrow defeat. While the scoreboard didn’t reflect it, the team’s heart, resilience, and refusal to quit were on full display.
