Martlets Start Off Season with Quad Match Victory

The boys showed in their opening match that they will be a force to be reckoned with, firing a team total of 188 for a 24 stroke margin of victory over Salisbury and Suffield. Reed Ghriskey ‘26 was the low man for the Martlets, carding two birdies on the way to a one-under 35, one back from medalist Will Lord of Suffield. Rounding out the top five were Carson Craig ‘26 (37), Patrick Saxe ‘26 (38), and a pair of 39s from Brody DiBeneditto’26 and Julien Kocatas ‘26. It is noteworthy that the 40 turned in by Erich Brueckmann ‘26 (each team’s high score is dropped) would have been the best score for both Salisbury and Williston.
