Martlets Fall in Quad Match

Saturday’s contest against Berkshire, Trinity-Pawling and Canterbury was a meet defined by character. Despite the very reduced numbers, the boys at the meet all dug deep and performed with pride and grit. Ultimately, the team was unable to overcome the lack of numbers, but there were some bright spots that are worth mentioning. Benji Hanson won both the 400m and 300m hurdles, and came in a hard fought fourth in the 200. Ayden Kim placed an impressive second in his javelin debut, while Adian O’Callaghan ‘26 placed third in the 1500m, and Nicholas Ramsumair ‘27 just missed the podium while improving on his season’s performances in both the javelin and shot put. The boys head home next week for their final tune up before the championship meets begin and will face off against Williston.
