Vacation Workouts Are Posted
If you have access to a pool over break, any swimming you can do is better than nothing. If you want some workouts to do, please click on the link to the right, where you can print out some sets and bring them to the pool with you. Feel free to adjust the workouts as needed. All of you are members of the Westminster pool, so you're welcome to swim during business hours, which are 6:00am - 8:00pm Monday thru Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm on Saturdays, and 1:00pm - 4:00pm on Sundays. If you can't get to a pool, any aerobic activity or gym workout is great!
