    Bio
     
    Phil came to Westminster after almost two decades at ESPN Inc., where in his last role, he was the director of security and facilities. He provided leadership in the oversight of 120 employees responsible for the physical security and well-being of ESPN’s main and north campuses. Prior to that at ESPN, he was responsible for facilities operations of more than 1.1 million square feet, including maintenance, grounds, distribution services, call center operations, vending and food service operations, and department communications. He lives in Bristol with his wife, Roxanne, and youngest child, Jaelyn. He also has two adult children, Megan and Matthew — and recently welcomed a second grandchild.
