Jay is in his 11th year at Westminster following two years at Pomfret School, where he served as assistant director of admissions and athletic liaison. He also served as a dormitory parent and an advisor, and coached varsity soccer, hockey and lacrosse. Prior to that, he taught history for seven years at Hebron Academy where he was a dorm parent, advisor and head coach of the boys’ varsity lacrosse and soccer teams and the girls’ varsity hockey team. Over the years, he has also coached and evaluated players at numerous elite soccer, hockey and lacrosse camps.

Jay and his wife, Jess, live in a faculty home with their sons, Francis and Patrick, and their dogs, Rooney and Dottie. They like to travel to their favorite town, Newport, R.I., as much as they can. Jay also enjoys spending time with his dad riding their Harleys together.
