Under sunny skies, but with howling winds, the Varsity Boys golfers put together their best effort of the young season to finish 2nd in the 10 team Suffield Invitational. The Martlets came up only one shot short of a very strong Choate squad, shooting a very respectable 154 (38.5 average). Brody DiBeneditto ‘26 led the way for Westminster with a score of 37 (+1) to finish in 3rd place in the 50 player field. RIght on his heels were Reed Ghriskey ‘26 and Daniel Venture ‘24 who both carded scores of 38 (+2). Other scores included Will McCarthy ‘25 (41) and Julien Kocatas ‘26 (42). Overall, it was a strong day for the squad under very challenging conditions.
